student fair - yes I was there too.

Za začetek je dovolj ideja. now i am home, outside is raining, but i don`t mind, it has been great day. instead of usual office hours, by midday we left for a student fair - event where many organizations comes together to make a promotion and tries to engage students in social/extra activities besides studies. I wish something like that would happen in more visible level in Riga. So...

today at the job fair, we were doing active face to face promotion, targeted to get contacts from organizations to reach students afterwards. And I have to say, it was Successful. plus fun day, as we were in parallel also enjoying all the activities for students, and getting to know so many different institutions and enrolling in way too many activities - playing a mobile phone games, answering survey questions, filling in lotteries :D, eating a lot of Milka chocolates, drinking coffee or even eating pancakes, and that all was part of their promotion activities. I got to know lawyer working for Your Europe, two amazing guys from IAESTE, awesome Slovene Innovation and business Incubator project, innovation protection agency, was the first out of all who knew what is SOLVIT before guy had to explain and met so many amazing people from universities of Slovenia.
the only thing we missed was the pillow fight - as it was promoted as going to be huuuge...maybe it was, but not here :( we were in fair almost all day, but did not saw anything, no announcements, no nothing. crap...i so wanted to participate.

What else? Looks like my life in Ljubljana soon will be balanced and wont have to move and search new apartment.Anyhow now I should start small packing, but whats the reason, will let you know by tomorrow  after im packed and ready to go ;)
